Schedule scrubber
XER files often carry residue from the templates and prior projects they were copied from — orphan calendars, stale UDFs, mismatched code values, and resource lists that no longer apply. The scrubber cleans all of that out so the analytics layer only sees data that belongs to this project.
Preview
Clean global data inside XER files. Strip orphan calendars, normalize codes, and remove residue from prior templates before parsing.
What's inside
- Strip orphan calendars, resources, and codes left over from template files
- Normalize calendar IDs and project codes across multi-source XERs
- Detect and flag residue from prior projects (stale UDFs, naming collisions)
- Custom rule engine for org-specific naming and coding standards
- Pre-parse validation so bad data never reaches the analytics layer
- Side-by-side diff of cleaned vs original XER
- Bulk re-mapping of resource and code value structures
- Export the cleaned XER back out for use in P6 or other tools
