Monte Carlo
Monte Carlo runs a full CPM-per-iteration simulation over the parsed schedule network: selectable distributions (triangular, BetaPERT, normal, lognormal, uniform) on duration bands plus discrete, correlatable risk events, calendar-aware and deterministic by default. Use it for risk-adjusted committed dates and to identify which activities most affect total finish.
Preview
Run 10,000 iterations on activity durations and risk events. P50/P80 finish, criticality index, top risk drivers.
What's inside
- Duration bands with five selectable distributions, default plus per-activity-code overrides
- 10,000-iteration simulation with deterministic seeding
- P10 / P50 / P80 / P90 finish date distributions
- Criticality index per activity (% of runs on the driving path)
- Top risk drivers ranked by tornado sensitivity to total duration
- Correlation groups for risks that should fire together (e.g. weather)
- P50/P80 finish burn-down trended across schedule updates
- Re-run on any uploaded schedule revision without re-uploading
